Am trying to schedule QTP script execution, but the the test run scheduler does not provide me the option of specifying the "host" on which the script needs to be run.
Internal support(our Organisation) says that the feature gets disabled when using QC with XP, with which i am not very convinced.
So everytime the schdule is define in the Test Scheduler tab in Execution flow, I assume the script is trying to be run on the system the server that is hosted...!!!
I have not tried scheduling of scripts previously, so any hints is very much welcome.
Search also did not yield any success.
On top of it, i am not able to hunt for the issue in KB site of HP, i am getting no where...

I'm sure you are correct to be dubious of the response from your internal support team!
In the TEST LAB module, choose 'Host Manager...' from the 'Test Sets' menu (upper left corner) and make sure you have some Host Groups set up.
If you have no hosts set in host groups, then you won't be able to schedule them on anything other than 'localhost'
Hope this helps.
