Hi I am a QC Admin. One of our QC user is facing some strange problem. He installed all the QC Add-in's before open the QC URL in the browser. At the initial screen, when clicked on Quality Center or Site Administration he got the following error "http://XXXXXXXXXX/qcbin/setup_a.cab this file didn't pass signature checking". But, when we installed it on our machines, we didn't get this type of error. His OS is WIN XP Home with SP 2.
IF you have any idea about this, please help us out.
That should also help you see if turning this off at the client side prevents the issue. The other options to look at are the settings in the browser on the client to make sure it isn't set to a "too strict" security level.
