I just noticed that when my session times out, usually QC informs that 'You have been disconnected from the server' message. But, until one clicks OK in there, the connection is still countable in 'Site Connection' tab in QC.
Does anybody has any clue?

might be a handshaking issue they have, I've never been that concerned with the connections to worry about looking that close.
Are you that close to licenses it is a problem one being locked with a timeout, or just curious?
Have you ensured you have refreshed your SiteAdmin screen after you receive the popup?

Not yet, but we might be tight on licenses sometime in the future. Hence, I am keeping a close watch on this.
