Frequently our QC users facing this problem, the problem is, QC users are not able to login fully
Please see the attached screen shots for clear view, is any one come across the same kind of issue ,please give you solution to solve this problem, the same problem happens even for QC project admin also
As a tester I assume you have tried every possible combination of ID and PW as well as trying different hardware and software versions on the client side. What do the error logs indicate when this occurs? Are you using IE7, IE6, Firefox 2, or what. In order to duplicate your condition we need to know much much more about the environment. What db are you using? Is there a certain time of day when this occurs?

We are using oracle, IE6.we have license for 5 users. But QC has about 100 user accounts created. Every time we make sure that not more 5 users logged into QC. To assume this as a license problem, today even Site Admin has been locked out, where the project consoles shows only 3 user sessions.
Our remote users had this exact problem. What we found was that these folks had access to port 80 (web server), but did not have access to port 8080 (application server). Ensuring that port 8080 was always open solved the problem.
