How do I manually run a \"QTP test\" in Test Lab?
<font color="brown">How do I run a manual test in Test Lab if I've already got a QTP script associated with it?
I've created a New Test Set and associated the intended tests with it. However, I want to run these tests manually and have already created QuickTest tests.
Though there's a "Test Type" listed in its own field in the Test Instance Properties window, it's not editable.
Now I've found that one can View the Test Grid in Test Lab and select the dropdown for test Type and change it back to a Manual test. HOWEVER, once that's done, we've orphaned the QTP script - I can't find it in QTP or Quality Center. Have I in fact deleted the QTP script by changing the test Type to Manual?

To answer your original question, there's a drop-down arrow next to the "Run" button in QC. Click that and you'll see an option to "Run Manually".
