I am getting error saying "Email Failed" when I tried to send from Quality Center (emailing a test case to some other user). I logged into site administration and changed the parameters in the configuration tab. I gave the SMTP server name, but still giving error. My guess is it is using port 25, but for our SMTP server we need port 465. does any body know how to make QC use port 465 while communicating with SMTP sever. Do I have to change any thing other than parameters in the configuration tab? I would really appreciate your replies.
