Tell me please, is there any tool that allows to manage changes right over several projects?
For instance, I want to change the number of a customer request (custom string field) in one QC project and want this information to replicate into all project where this field exists. Now I have to logon into separate projects to do that. This is very uncomfortable and allows to make errors.
How long do you think it would take to write a select statement and update statement, then put in a sql batch file? I do not see this as being an extensive effort or needing a framework as a minimum requirement??
I need framework to manage all databases simultaneously.
Sure, as the QC Admin I can do that with SQL. But how about other users. They want to see and use the same environment. Eventually users, probably, don't have enough expertise to use SQL.
As I understood there is no such tool in the nature.
