Anyone have any experience with integrating Quality Center with Compuware's Changepoint PPM (request) solution?

We are using Compuware's Changepoint for our Enterprise PPM solution and most everything comes in as a request. Now that we have Quality Center we would like defects found external to the testing cycles come through the request of type defect workflow, however be visible to testers in Quality Center. Likewise, when defects are found in testing cycles and assigned to developers, be visible on the Changepoint dashboard with a link back into Quality Center for workflow.

Wondering if anyone out there has integrated the two and what their specefic workflows were.
