This should be do-able, but it will place the contents and operation of QC out for the world to access. Not usually acceptable for company security. That being said, what sort of error did you get? If the client machine inside the office can access QC then your outside machine should be able to do anything the client machine can do through it.
The best method I am aware of is utilizing a VPN and accessing QC directly. That is a bit safer.
Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.

Hi Rich W.,
Firstly, thanks for your inputs on this.
But, my ppl. here are interested to have a demo and then finalize the mode of execution.
So, i am to show a demo for them.
BTW, I have encountered 2 types of error.
Firstly, ActiveX cant create objects. - When tried on PC1
Secondly, Permission denied. - When tried on PC2.
The code is as follows;
'Enter the Testset Name
tsName = "Test123"
'Enter the hostname on which u want to execute the testset
strHost = "KEOWD00138159"
hostName = strHost
set tsFactory = Qcutil.TDConnection.TestSetFactory
Set aFilter = tsFactory.Filter
aFilter.Filter("CY_CYCLE") = tsName
Set lst = tsFactory.NewList(aFilter.Text)
If lst.Count =0 Then
msgbox "Test Set is not found"
Elseif lst.Count>1 then
msgbox "There are more than one testset with the given name"
Set TstSet = lst.Item(1)
Set Scheduler = TstSet.StartExecution(hostName)
Kindly, reply me with your inputs with corrections if anything to be added.
Thanks in advance.
