A user is facing this problem on few of the projects.
Its like, the mails sent from QC are received in HTML format which is absolutely weird!!I mean the information makes no sense to the user.
I checked the mail format settings on Site Config page of Site Admin, and it is HTML. But then no other projects on that server are facing that problem...its only 2 projects.
Is there any project specific setting need to be done?
Also few date specific defects are received properly and few not....
I would be pleased to have a solution...

Could not check it in Text mode because it will affect other projects globally.....
But as it is other projects are having no issues with mail format as HTML!!
Why only these two projects having such mails and too few defects, not all??
If other projects work alright, then it most likely isn't a QC issue. You mentioned only one user is having problems? If so, I would check his mail reader's settings very closely.
