Is it possible to customize email settings in following way? If yes, then how?
1) When the defect status goes to Ready to Retest , a mail should be given to the tester who raised the defect.
2) When the defect status goes to Assigned status , mail should be directed to the developer whoz assigned to fix that defect.
3) A newly raised defect, mail should be directed to the IT manager , Project Manager and the Tester who raised the Defect.
