Hey, we're looking hard at Quality Center for our test team and I have to say that I don't see any product bashing in this forum. Is that because it's "pretty good?" or is everyone so disgusted with it that they don't want to say anything bad?
Any quick comments from users/administrators of where the real world warts are in this product, comments on support, license surprises or so on?
Thanks for your time, hopefully there aren't many and you won't spend much time on it.
- We are using Business Process Testing module (in QC9.0) and we have found that the test execution is a lot slower than using straight QTP tests scripts.
- Using the Document Generator is a pain.
- Impossible to get a graph history of the QTP licences usage.
- Licences prices : when you upgrade from Site to Area or to global licences, you need to upgrade ALL your licences.
