Go to the Site Admin and select the "Site Config" tab. Then find the "Wait_Before_Disconnect" parameter and set its value to "120" That would be in minutes equal to 2 hours. Or select the "Connections" tab and disconnect the person manually.
Note, there have been some issues with the "Wait_Before_Disconnect" parameter but if you query the Mercury knowledge base, I believe you will find an answer if it doesn't work for you.
Rich, Wait_Before_Disconnect is a parameter that disconnect the user after he is idle.
If the user is idle for 2 hours(120) than he will be disconnect after more than 120 minute(120+ time to ping to server).
I am interessing to disconnect the user after 2 hours for his login (even he is idle or work).
The disconnect parameter is only for idle users, all the users that are active (working at the time) will not be disconnected. As far as I know there is no way to disconnect active user, except if you force the disconnect manually.
It is not recommended to disconnect the active users, they could be in the middle of updating a defect or something else.
If you really want to force the disconnect active users, you migth want to look into the TestDirector API to develop the solution.
