Test set filters applied to all test sets in Test Lab?!
Our Test Lab is structed in the following "Tree":
Root (folder) (root level)
|-> Functional tests (folder) (level1)
|-> Test 1 (a test set) (level2)
|-> Test 2.... (more test sets) (level2)
|-> Regression tests (folder) (level1)
|-> Regression test set 1 (level2)
|-> Regression test set 2.... (level2)
We notice when we apply a filter to either 1 test set or test folder, the filter is automatically applied to all test sets. This is very annoying. Ideally, we want to be able to apply different filters to different test sets. For instance, Regression test set 1 might contain tests with priority = "1", whereas Regression test set 2 contains tests with priority = (0 or 1).
Do you know if the observed behavior is a "feature" (limitation?) of Quality Center? Would it be configurable?
If it's a limitation of QC, any idea of how to create test sets with different filters?
