HP QC 11 with Windows 8.1, IE 11, not installing correctly
One of colleague is using Microsoft Surface 3 with Windows 8.1, 64 bit,and Internet Explorer 11.0, he is using his Administrator access to launch Quality Center 11.00. His installation stops with following message:
"Following client components were not downloaded successfully:
1. TDComandProtocol.exe: [Error 32] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Failed to open the file for writing.
2. TDComandProtocol.exe: Unable to copy file to the development directory.
What could be the cause of this issue and how can we resolve this.
