I am having a laptop which is running on Windows 7, 64 bit OS with MS Office 2010. We are using HP ALM 11 for uploading/executing test cases.
My problem here is that, when I try to export my test cases through Excel Add In, in the first step after I enter URL and hit Next button it hangs for a while and then throws up a message saying 'Failed to connect to server'

When I enter http://<server address>/qcbin/start_a.jsp in the browser, I am able to browse to the page. Can some one help here please?
Yes we do have the port (8080). I would also like to mention that, when I export same excel sheet from my colleagues system, it gets exported successfully. And I downloaded the Excel Add in from ALM Website by logging into ALM and as suggested in the User guide provided by ALM.
