Some Defect Fields Only Appearing After Submit
When users in a certain user group add a new defect they are not seeing all the fields they should in the initial popup window. They only see certain fields after they submit the defect ... so they then have to reopen it to complete the defect details.
Anyone heard of this one before ? Is there a limit to the amount of fields you can initially display as they have a lot ?
I am guessing that someone went into the workflow editor and changed when the fields should exist.
