Based on using Google to search for "quality center on mac" and reviewing the results, the answer is "no".
Whether or not it can be done, it would not be supported by HP.
The QC Explorer program is still available with versions of the product beyond 9.2. I found it still available through our ALM/QC v11.0 installation. However the Explorer is built on .NET technologies, with requires a Microsoft OS. So I expect it would not work (or be officially supported) on a Mac.
HP did announce at a recent conference that they are redoing the QC UI to be web based like their Agile Manager product and get rid of the activex nonsense so it can run on any platform. But that is still 2 years+ away. They are going to roll it out piecemeal with the defects and requirements tab functionality first, then tackling the test plan/lab.
