Error from QuickTest Professional: Unable to create the specified run results folder
I am receiving the above error when trying to launch QTP tests from QC. I can run the tests in QTP just fine and it doesn't appear to be affecting all of my remote machines just a couple and they are all configured exactly the same.
I have tried clearing out the temp results folders but no joy, any ideas?
check into the registry of the QC machine from whom you run the test to the remote client this key:
this key must be set to: %TEMP%\TD_80_

There is a QTP patch starting with RRV. I forgot the full name. It can make the results work better. Also a patch for QC to QTP connection improvement. I can look for the full names if the suggestion above does not work.
