How to update or edit Test Parameter Values in a Test step in QC 9.2

At 'Test Plan' Level, I have a created Routines to call the parameters while generating test steps.

After creating those test steps, what is the best way to update or edit them ?

    Please help.

That's not really a question anyone can answer as it all depends on what you've parameterised and when you need it to vary and how you are doing your traceability. Parameters are there to minimise the number of tests you write and maximise your reuse.
