Patience is like bread I say.... I ran out of that yesterday.
The Document Generator was replaced with the Excel Report Generator in QC10 (Excel Reports arrived in QC9.2, but the Doc Gen wasn't removed until QC10 .. I think.. it's been a while now!)
You can grant any user group access to create, use or modify Excel reports just as you do with any other module or entity or field in ALM\QC
