Error 429-active X can't create any object office 2010 win2007
I am facing an issue with my vba macro which upload test plan to quality center.
Earlier i was using win xp and office 2007 when my macro was working fine without any issues. Recently my machine got upgraded to windows 2007 (64 bit) and office 2010. When i try to run macro, i was getting missing references. I corrected those missing references by pointing Microsoft control library to Syswow64 folder instead of system32 because my windows is 64 bit but i am still getting error 429.
Code where i am getting this error is:
I would speculate that the DLLs aren't registered out of the possible causes with the error code. Yogi's link has this sa the first option to look at.

Reason: Fixing newlines by adding br tag
This board hates newlines. I had newlines between "the first option to look at.", "RegAsm.exe", and the URL...this was all stripped away.
