Server on QC11 has entered an unstable state
We have a daily big problem, QC crashes by sending this error message : status=MUTED, label=QC server is muted due to unrecoverable error, reason=Failed to obtain a connection to schema 'qcsiteadmin_db',...(you can see the atachment)
We contacted HP support, they tell us that QC is in conflict maybe with the backup agent ArcServ (windows server 2008).What do you think?
If someone has experience in this context, don't hesitate to contact us.

I see in the logs that your getting Read timed out. Check to make sure you have a connection to the Database. also check to make sure that the QC DB user password has not exprired or changed. this can be tested by trying to logon directly to the DB with teh account.
