While I'm trying to install QC 9, it is failing and the log files show the following error -
"setupDb The installer failed to set up the Database com.mercury.optane.core.CTdException: Can't load database"
"ProductException: (error code = 601; message="error installing product action")
at com.mercury.td.install.util.TDDatabase.setupDb(TDD atabase.java:186)
at com.mercury.td.install.product.action.TdDatabaseSe tupPA.install(TdDatabaseSetupPA.java:58)"
Can anyone help me?? I tried uninstalling and re-install so many times.. but it did not work..

v9.0 has been sunset. Is there a particular reason you are trying to install an unsupported version of the product rather than a newer, supported version?
What edition of the product are you installing - Starter, Enterprise, or Premier?
What is the configuration of your environment - OS of application server and database server, brand and version of database software?
Do you have sufficient permissions on the application server to install the product?
Do you have adminstrator permissions on the database server?
Are the credentials that you specified for the database server adminstrator credentials for the database software?

I got it installed, after installing MS SQL server and JBOSS separately...
