For a list of new features in ALM 11.00, refer to the HP Application Lifecycle Management What's New, available from ALM by clicking the Help button and choosing What's New.
That will tell you what's new since v10, at least.
One of the major differences from v9 to v10 is in v10 there is now a built in Dashboard module for reporting. Dashboard was an add-on for v9, and I understand the Dashboard for v10 and later is quite different from the add-on available for v9. Also I believe the Management module is completely new, compared to v9.

- The Resources module, Libraries and versioning are 'New'.
- Most of the reports/graphs that were generated from within each module are now generated from the Dahsboard module Trudy mentioned
- Excel Reports are new.
