HPQC Login OTA error
Hi Folks ,
we are using HPALM PE . We came down from patch 9 to patch 7 for some reasons to support our esignature software . now one of our user are getting this error messages . i tried all poosible ways but couldn't find solution for this .
the error msg is as follows:
Following client components were not downloaded completely
The system cannot find the file specified

HP support can provide a client components removal tool. I would try to remove the client components with this tool and redeploy the components again.
