Over the last two days our ALM 11 users have been reporting performance issues. The initial complaints were mainly users finding the application slow e.g Opening the application, opening a defect. However today the users are reporting that the application hangs, and eventually crashes. The complaints are related to many projects.
Our Appdata team have done some investigative work around CPU performance and memory and they can see no issues.
We are wondering if there is any configurations that we need to amend e.g. log file clearance?
