I have a user that when she launches the QC site, she gets a prompt to install QC. She clicks install, then the web page is just white with a red x in the upper left. It's like the browser can't resolve it. She is the only user with this issue and was able to log into QC previously without issue. I saw a suggestion on signature checking and tried it where it said to delete the capcom.dll in the windows\system32 directory but that didn't work either. Any ideas?
