Obviously TDAdmin by default has permission to create/update/delete anything and everything. However, we are running into an issue where we are unable to update Release data.
Releases that existed in our previous instance of QC have the start date and end date locked down. Unfortunately, these fields are required to create a cycle, and some of our releases don't have this information.
We are able to create a new release in QC11 and populate these fields, but as soon as we submit the new release, the start date and end date fields become locked down.
I have checked the permissions and TDAdmin has everything checked for Releases, and the User ID I am using only belongs to the TDAdmin group.
