If I opt to create a report it generates an old report against a test set that was last run on 20/01/2011 - I am unable to create a new one against any test run
This has been happening for quite some time (on QC9) - I upgraded to QC10 this morning with the hope that might resolve it - it hasn't - same issue remains

Note that this is PC specific and not user as I can login to another persons machine and issue is not encountered Has anyone else encountered this - knows how to solve? Helpdesk at work suggest rebuilding machine but seems extreme
