Issue with HP Sprinter -Failed to connect to HPALM
We are upgrading from HPQC 9.2 to HPALM11.0. In the process my company wants to use Sprinter functionality for testing the web order functionality in different browsers. I have installed Sprinter on my Machine and when trying to open a test i get error message failed to connect to HPALM.
Steps followed :
Launching Sprinter from Desktop
Entered Server address, user name and Password
Selected Project and Domain and click on Login.
Error message displayed failed to connect.
Are there any settings that needs to enabled?

The issue is now resolved. We have applied Patch9 released on Feb29th and we are no longer facing the connectivity issue.
