Can anyone let me know, If i can create a new folder structure in the Requirements by importing from excel sheet as there are nearly 500 folders to be created. So is it feasible importing through excel sheet.

Refer to the Excel Add-in Guide. You can create the folder structure by adding lines to your excel data for the folders and setting the Requirement Type column to Folder. For subfolders, you designate the parent folder chain in the Path column. You need to have the folder structure entries in the list before the requirements, else the export process will not be able to put the requirements into the location you specify in the Path column. Any folder/requirement chain you specify in the Path column must already exist in the QC system. If it isn't already there then you have to have an entry earlier in your excel file to create the chain. A simple example is attached.
