What edition of QC (Starter, Enterprise, Premier) are you installing?
Are you using a 32 bit or 64 bit OS?
I notice in the Supported Configurations information it indicates that you have to have Patch 1 installed to provide full support on Windows 2008 R2. Have you already installed the current patch to see if that corrects the problem? http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/q...go_tdqc_sysreq
We are using Windows 2003 and IIS6, so I don't have any actual experience with your configuration.
