How to update the subject line of the email sent
Before I ask my question, I'd like the community to know I am not a QC Admin. I am project Admin.
Users can send defects to other users by going in HPQC and selecting the mail icon and sending them an email of the defect details. When the user receives an email there is a standard format on the subject line. How do I change that format? Is this only done by the QC Admin?
Note: I am aware of workflow code that sends emails. But those emails are based on rules we set.

Site Admin can do it (Refer ALM Admin Guide page 344 - Customizing the Subject of Defect Mail)
Alternatively QC Admin can add a toolbar button and use TDConnection.SendEmail in the button action.
