error after \'cleaning\' QC client components
Having trouble with HP Support on this. When I try to print a dashboard analysis report I get a script error: Automation server can't create object. code 0 url res://ieframe.dll/preview.js. Saving a report saves report.js.
This was all because of Sprinters lack of clean uninstal where I had to run the cleanup - KM176290 (for w7). fixed that problem but left the report issue. Second tech wanted me to run the cleaner steps again! Which I did just in case. Everything seems to work except reporting print and save.
I cant determine what file is missing or what was not reset for the re-install to correct it.
Any ideas where to look?

Found a solution: uninstall IE9. (IE9 support patch is installed)
In the process I reinstalled Sprinter but it did not fix it. Had assumed possibility uninstall removed a shared file. Found W7/32 IE9 with Sprinter works.
W7/64 IE9 with Sprinter does not. Must have IE8.
(re-installing IE9 did not correct the problem with the re-install)
