Executing QTP tests with QC
We're using the QC test lab to execute some QTP tests. After running some test, the "Status" in the Automatic Runner says "Connecting...", and never moves beyond that. Any idea why? Is the user connection timing out? I didn't think the timeout applied when running tests.

In your desktop tool tray look for an icon called "Remote Agent".
Right click on it, then select "Exit".
Wait a minute or two.
Click "Stop All" within QC.
When all of the test(s) have stopped, try launching them again.
This will do the trick. I had the same issue. Very frustrating.
