email notification for new defects stopped sending
I have an installation of Quality Center 9.1. Until recently when new defects where added email notifications were being sent. I don’t manage the server or QC so I do not know what may have happened or changed. When I look at the projects, the option “Send mail automatically” is selected. If I click “Send E-mail now” the mail is sent.
- When I’m in QC looking at the defect I can send an email.
- When I’m in the smtp settings I can send a test message.
Does anyone know what may have gone wrong or where I should look to troubleshoot?
