i have a vbscript that i use to run QC test sets via the OTA API. when each test set is run, the Test Run Scheduler displays in the task bar. you can open this to see the Test Run Scheduler dialog and the list of tests and the status for each. usually this works fine, but i've run into a couple of instances where the Test Run Scheduler seems to go dormant, like it's waiting for something. the script is running, the Test Run Scheduler is running (can be displayed), but it doesn't actually do anything (and no errors). When this happens, it happens when a new test set has just gotten called, so the STATUS column is blank for all the tests. if will sit there for hours if i let it.

has anyone ever seen this before and any thoughts on what might be causing it?
