We've had QC11 installed for maybe 4-5 weeks. In the last week I've been getting some reports from users complaining that performance has degraded recently.

I know that QC11's admin module offers a great deal of reporting options under the Tools->QC Sense menu. But I'm not really sure what report(s) to run. Any recommendations?

Ideally, Id like to be able to run some kind of report that showed avg. wait/response times, etc over the last couple weeks for the most common tasks or requests.
