Populating a list in QC from cell data in Excel
My main goal is to have 3 dynamic dropdown lists for each step in the design steps. Depending what I select from dropdown 1 will determine what dropdown 2 will be populated with and what I select from dropdown 2 will determine what dropdown 3 is populated with.
I have it all working if I create all the lists in QC as project lists. What I would like to do, if it is even possible, is grab data from an excel worksheet and populated the lists with that data. I would prefer to maintain the lists in excel if possible because we are already using an excel workbook per project for our automation, plus it would be less tedious to create over a hundred lists in QC per project.
I am able to grab cell data from Excel and set it as a value in QC. Is it possible to create a list in QC with various rows of cell data from excel? How do I via code populate lists in QC?

There is a commercial tool for managing Project Lists available at http://www.qualitycentertools.com/
