Unable to access QC with a service accout
We were able to setup a network ID for automation support with help desk support guys.Our QA team uses this account to login to specific automation dedicated machines.
This Service account has been granted access to those machines and our QA Team uses it to execute scripts.
We have got access to pretty much everything on network including SAp application but got stuck with access to Quality center.
Qc Admin has added this account as a Project User/tester/Admin to our Project but I still am not able to access QC, I get error message "Authentication failed.verify user Name"
Anyone experienced this issue and know any reason why?
Where can I trouble shoot for the issue?Any suggestions?
