We have seen various issues with users who have a multi-monitor setup.
For example when viewing a defects details the R&D Comments are blank, like the control did not load or is just not visible. If the user moves the window to the 'primary' display window it seems to work.

I was using dual monitors some time back I've not seen any issues.
Report this issue to HP support and update here if you get any update/solution.
