JBoss service is not running
We are trying to upgrade QC 10.0 on the same QC9.2 production server and didn't get JBoss service when we complete QC 10.0 installation successfully. Please find the below steps which we followed and let us know what needs to be done to get the service.
1. Uninstall Patch 16 & Uninstall QC 9.2 and removed vpd.properties file with domain user account which has local admin rights.
2. Installed QC 10.0 successfully though couldn't able to see HP QC service.
We were thinking that the issue with domain user account, so we have to use the same user account which had been used during QC 9.2 installation first time, but that also got failed, so tried to install QC 9.2 with and without existing siteadmin schema, this time also we didn't get the JBoss service back.
So, could any one please advice what needs to be done to resolve this issue.

Couldn't get the solution, so we rebuilt the server and used new user name which has local admin rights.
