Syncing with ClearQuest-Parent/child relationships
We're working on syncing our Quality Center instance to use ClearQuest for defects. However, our ClearQuest is setup so that it has parent/child relationships. Does anyone know of a way for the sync tool to do the parent/child relationship in Quality Center? I've tried adding a field in Quality Center where I can specify the parent ticket ID, but it doesn't work. Any ideas?
