Anyone experience formatting errors with emails sent from QC to IBM / Lotus Notes mail, i.e. it sends them unformatted?

I checked QC Site Admin Configuration and MAIL_FORMAT is definitely set to "HTML".

Anything else I can check? Somewhere in Workflow?

You would think the problem is with our mail server on the receiving end, but when sending mails from TestDirector defects, they used to be in nice format, retaining colours, tables, etc. We only recently upgraded to QC10 and the mails are now messed up. But our mail system hasn't changed.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated,
