I'm getting "Cannot download report" error in QC when tried to launch the QTP results report. Please find the screen shot attached for error details.
Is it occurring for all tests? If so check your QC server disk space.
I initially thought that was the case but it is happening for one test script only.
I am getting this issue myself. We have 200,000 tests in our Test repository - when we run some of them for regression I will find one to three that do not launch either. Tried different users, different computers - no luck. Any advice?
Could someone tell me in which table i should look these reports. I guess, the report might got locked in the QC db.
I've also seen this issue.
I usually just open another report and then go back to the one I wanted and it seems to work fine....
Really never looked to deep into why it happens..
