how do I get back Expect and Actual Results pane?

I have exited and restarted QC but continue to get the same problem when
using Manual Runner in Test Lab. The problem is that I no longer
have the Expected and Actual panes and can’t figure out how to get them
back. It appears that QC thinks the Manual Runner window is longer (deeper)
    than it actual is.

I have resized the Window and the pane between the steps and the Description
tab/pane. I have no idea if I did something to “turn” these off.

    -Thanks, Terry Horwath

P.S. I am using 10.0 and the QC Explorer client (not a browser).

You should be able to pull the bottom "handle" bar back up into a maximised window by bringing the top bar to near the top of the steps list.

Re: how do I get back Expect and Actual Results pane?

First, you can't maximize the Manual Runner window, you can resize it but it has no maximum, minimize GUI buttons. I have though resized it to the full of my screen and still don't have a bar/line/etc at the bottom that can be pulled up.

Attached is a screen shot showing the use of the full height of my monitor and the fact that there is no bar/line/etc at the bottom that can be pulled up. This screen shot also shows steps Description pane is extending below the bottom of the window.

So, anyone have any solution now that I have provided additional info? Note that I have QC Explorer installed on another PC and I am getting the same problematic behavior (so it leads me to believe that the QC Server is somehow involved).

    -Thanks, Terry

The top bar is just above the description tab - we can see it. Once the window is as tall as can be, pull the top bar up to the top so the steps get covered, the bottom bar should then appear from the bottom.
If all fails (never seen it) the settings can be deleted (at your risk).
    delete from common_settings where cset_name like 'ManRunner%' and cset_owner = 'mylogin'

Thanks! This did not work when the window was less than the max height of the screen but did work when the full height was used.
