QC9.0 sessions frozen when attempt to login
We have an issue where users attempt to login to a project (QC9.0) and the login screen is refreshed but the user is not logged in. Checking the logs the message associated is
“Invalid Credentials”, coupled with a warning about “Unexpected failure while trying to ping user session #5309; The session authentication has failed.;”
The only way around this is to remove and re add the offending user and then the issue is resolved for a while.
Any info on what this issue is and a more permanent solution is greatly appreciated.
We have 5 licences but more than 5 users (it may be related to users not relinquishing connections correctly)
