When a Defect is updated an email is sent with the updated field. I have some custom fields I want to be sent every time even when that field has not been updated. How Can i do this?

my system-generated defect emails contain the labels and data for all fields (including UDF's) .. I don't recall changing any settings to enable this..
They are triggered by changes to specified fields (status, comments, priority, assigned to,...)
The only emails I see that only contain the changed value are Requirement traceability alerts.

There is no way. without breaking the system.
I was able tochange the subject line which will work for now. I have sent a feature request to HP.
AUTO_MAIL_SUBJECT_FORMAT this is documented in the help file of QC
