Scheduling automated tests in QC
Currently, the internal QC scheduler (v9.2 at least - think its same in QC10) allows 1 time scheduling of testsets to execute at a future time. It also requires a 1-1 mapping of remote host to automated test case.
Does anybody know of any internal HP tools or outside vendors that provide:
1 - Ability to Schedule recurring tests out of QC?
2 - Ability to "Spray" tests across x remote hosts such that QC would select unused hosts to execute the next set of tests? Right now, it knows when a given machine is busy (Waiting... status) but that is again only after the user has associated a specific host for the test to run on.
So it would be nice to specify a GROUP of hosts and let QC pick the next available one (assuming all the hosts have the same QTP setup/config options, Add-ins, etc).
